Chuck Miller (Robert Hoy) wants to buy singer Julia Grant (Pat Crowley)  a drink	Little Joe (Michael Landon) thinks Chuck (Robert Hoy) is out of line

Little Joe falls in love with a singer. He is so smitten that he secretly pays her salary for her to sing in the local saloon. Adam arranges for his friend, the famous actor Edwin Booth to give the woman an audition for his acting company. She has to decide between a career and her love for Joe.
